Example of AllKidsGo!™ Teaching Tools:
Relate an Effect to Its Probable Cause

In this game, "Because," the child is presented with an animated action, such as a lightbulb going on and off, and the question "Why ... (is the light going on and off)?":

On the next slide, the child chooses between two actions as the cause -- in this example, an animated switch and a snow cloud:

Clicking on the wrong answer (here, the snow cloud) triggers a spoken correction ("Because it is snowing? No!").
Clicking on the correct answer (the switch) triggers applause or another encouraging sound and brings up the answer slide:

Answers are always delivered not only as text but also as encouraging speech. Clicking on the loudspeaker symbol allows the child to record and play back the answer sentence, to further reinforce the cause-effect concept through careful verbalization.
